When we decided to rent out our vacation home, it was fortunate that we learned of Bill and Peg Stark. Their business, Northern Lakes Property Management One, handles our concerns in a professional manner. Bill is able to deal with people in a caring and tactful way. Their business advertises and books our cottage, then follows up with all the paperwork until the rental season is over. One year it looked as though our seasonal rentals were coming in slower than normal and Bill suggested ways we could increase our bookings. Whenever renters are using our place, we can rest assured that the Starks will take care that the place is cleaned well and that the renters' needs are met. If any repairs are needed, he quickly contacts us to see how we would like the situation taken care of. We have every faith that our cottage will be treated as we would like it to be, when we trust Bill and Peg Stark to manage it for us.

We can't say enough about Bill and Peg Stark. Our cottage has been in their rental program for the past four years and they have done a fabulous job of acquiring rentals.
