We handle all of advertising, booking, renter screening, money collection, and accounting for you. We have an excellent cleaning staff that does all of the cleaning between rentals for us. We also have excellent relationships with local service, maintenance, and contracting people, should you need any of those services. We personally go to each of our rentals before, during, and after each rental for inspections. Our present cottage owners will tell you that they are impressed with the way we treat each of their homes as if it were our own. We are available to our owners and renters 24/7 to handle any issues that may arise.
